Who Built This site and Why

Hi I am Mohibul Islam Sikder and I have been repairing printers for the past five years.

Started at a local computer servicing shop. Nothing big. People walked in with printers that stopped working, machines throwing errors, cartridges that weren’t printing despite being full. My job was simple – figure out what is wrong and fix it.

What I learned pretty quickly is that the printer test page tells you almost everything. Before touching anything I would print a test page first. Blocked nozzles, worn rollers, damaged print heads, cartridge chip errors – the page shows it all if you know how to read it.

After five years of doing this every single day you stop guessing. You just look at the page and know.

Over those years I repaired hundreds of printers. HP, Epson, Canon, Brother, Samsung. Home printers, office machines, sometimes larger units. Each brand behaves differently and has its own common failure points. And the more printers you work on the faster you recognize patterns.

What looks like a cartridge problem is actually an alignment issue. What looks like low ink is actually a clogged nozzle. You develop a feel for it that is hard to explain but very real.

What bothered me throughout all of this was watching people spend money they didn’t need to spend. Most people who came in had the same problems. Blank pages. Faded output. Colors looking wrong. Printer not connecting. And almost every time the fix was something small.

A clogged nozzle that needed one cleaning cycle. A cartridge sitting slightly loose. A tape still on a brand new cartridge. Basic things. But because nobody had ever explained it clearly they assumed something was seriously broken and either paid for unnecessary repairs or bought replacement parts that didn’t solve anything.

So I started writing about it. First as a blog just to help people troubleshoot their own printers without needing to call anyone. The response was good and people kept asking one specific thing – is there somewhere I can just print a test page directly without going through confusing printer menus or downloading software I don’t trust. There wasn’t really a clean simple place for that. So I built this site.

Right now I am still actively working as a technician and maintaining this site at the same time. Every test page here, every explanation, every troubleshooting step comes from real hands-on experience.

When something on this site becomes outdated I update it. When a reader tells me something isn’t working I check it and fix it. That is the only way a tool like this stays useful and stays honest.

If this site helps you fix your printer without spending money you didn’t need to spend then it is doing exactly what I built it to do.

Thanks for visiting this site. Have a great day.
